Thanks everyone for the input! This is all great info. In my case I'm likely being a bit paranoid but its obviously important info for some.
I think I'll be OK with some obfuscation and likely that Google Closure 1-way tool. In my particular case I have no sensitive API keys (in my first few apps) and there's nothing majorly magic about my code.
