If so I should change the docs. I can confirm that the docs are incorrect. window.locationbar.visible is true for me in the Web runtime as well. I think you have to combine a couple checks. In the Marketplace app we check locationbar but also check the user agent and viewport to tell if it's on a Firefox OS device. E.G. https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/blob/master/media/js/mkt/capabilities.js#L64 There might be a better way to do it.
