Hi Niko.
What is the name of your app? It sounds like maybe a bug, which you can file 
here: 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Marketplace&component=Payments/Refunds
Paid apps will only show up when the user's region matches that of your app's 
supported regions.
