It does not provide information by version (FxOS 1.2+ for gUM audio, 1.4+ for

There are rules already. Developers should set the dev-doc-needed
keyword on their bugs when they land such changes. And of course, they
can edit MDN themselves, it's a wiki ;)
If those options fail, you can file a Dev Doc bug so the MDN writing
team will be aware of the problem:
