We should build a list of all things the startup scripts MUST do, so as we
refactor them we can have comfort knowing what exactly we're shooting for. I'll
start-
Ensure hadoop, zookeeper, and java are pathed correctly
Jump through the various levels of symlinks which may be involved with getting
to the accumulo-env.sh file
Handle being executed from a symlink in another directory
handle being executed from a script in another directory
