Do Java -> Code Style -> Formatter -> Edit (assuming you have the Accumulo formatter) -> Indentation, and the last checkbox is "Empty lines". Uncheck that checkbox, Apply/OK, Apply, then export the formatter and replace trunk/contrib/Eclipse-Accumulo-Codestyle.xml.
