I wish I could see the files side-by-side in GitHub to review, but the file
was moved in addition to being updated, so GitHub is confused. :(
We used to have an enforcer rule in the pom to fix us to 0.9.1 explicitly,
so if any changes were made, the build would fail with an informative error
message. If we're going to introduce more copy/paste reliance on 0.9.3, we
might want to consider reintroducing that enforcement/message.
