I think that removal breaks the contract, but, for the wikisearch use-case
with very large rows/shards, this bug wouldn't have been noticed. I'm not sure
of anyone who has ever used the OrIterator/AndIterator for general purpose
table schemas. But again, a quick unit test would likely be the proof in the
puddin'.
