Looks good, Mike. A few additional things that we did in the last quarter: * CI changes: moved to GitHub Actions (instead of Travis CI) * CI changes: moved Jenkins jobs from builds.apache.org to ci-builds.apache.org, with Slack integration * have begun making other changes to transition away from potentially harmful terminology, such as renaming our "master" component to "manager", but this will take time and probably several versions before it is eventually complete. * established a "Long Term Maintenance (LTM)" release strategy (I know you mentioned LTM above, but this expands on what it stands for).
It might be nice to *try* to track "brand new contributors" as well. One easy thing is to check who has added themselves to our people page: I count 5 using `git log --since '3 months ago' pages/people.md`.
