I'll fix the cms/Config.h includes. I'll also export activemq::util::Properties.
However, there's still the problem (I think?) that a function in the CMS
interface depends on an AMQCPP class. You might consider adding a new class
like cms::Properties which can be extended by any CMS vendor.
