For a more user-friendly interface, I've gone back to creating a CMSProperties
interface in CMS. I've refactored trunk to use it ... haven't tested it yet,
but everything seems to be building. I'll run the unit & integ tests this
evening to validate the changes.
Once we're confident that everything is working, I'll cut a 1.0.1 release of
CMS with the mods.
