I just updated the Windows project files and some code on trunk to get things
building again on Windows. If you want to help out you can take the trunk code
and do some testing with it on Windows. There still a bug in there someplace
that causing an occasional segfault that I'm still trying to find. Otherwise
its pretty close to being ready for a 3.5 release if it can be hardened a bit.
