Thanks for the help on the usage of StlMap! I was able to compile my
application. However, I was also able to recreate the issue. I have a loop that
sends out a CMS messages in every iteration. The hang happened every time when
I turned off the activemq service during the test. The url that I used was
"tcp://127.0.0.1:61616?connection.sendTimeout=1000".
