So I'm just doing a bit more of a high load, seems the hash set, as unlike
the maps used in the JournalImpl which are fairly permanent, the sets are
temporal they're killing the outside TLAB allocation every time compaction
runs. As such its better to keep them as normal sets i think.
@franz1981 Im probably going to revert the bit i added for point 3) you
raised.
As its having a negative effect. I really just want to hit the hot path,
and compaction is periodic (though frequent isn't as hot)
