Just seen what you did, oh I like the idea what you did instead of going to
primitive, simply go the other way an make it an object and avoid constant
autoboxing.
I wonder if the long id, if we just kept it as a Long instead of long would
avoid all the autoboxing and means we wouldn't need special collections.
Let me try this also.
