HI Arjun,

I think it is probably worthwhile to just go ahead and include some of the
extra stuff if they are important or useful.

 It's been a long time since the last release, so taking a little extra
time and just building a 3.10.0 with more fixes seems fine to me, vs having
to do a second release.
