Hi Ken,

Regarding the Docker repositories for ActiveMQ and Artemis, I agree
that we cannot simply rename the existing ones as this would break
current users.

I propose we create new Docker repositories immediately to allow users
sufficient time to transition from the old locations. We can then
follow a deprecation schedule for the old repositories as outlined.
