Thanks Ken!  I think we might consider doing a series of changes vs having to 
do one “big drop” to keep building momentum.

Draft plan:

1. Cut over to Hugo
2. Vote on a more modern theme (hint: docsy!! ref: https://example.docsy.dev/)
3. Update some out-dated style concepts — changing website theme when moving 
between components broker, CMS, NMS, etc.
4. On-going — update content
