Hi everyone,

I believe Ken’s PR aligns with this approach: it focuses on transitioning
to Hugo without making significant changes to the look and feel yet.

This matches Matt's first point. I suggest we focus on the Hugo migration
first, maintaining the current aesthetic. Once that is complete, we can
move on to updating the "look and feel," followed by the "content."

I propose that we merge the PRs and publish the website after each of these
steps to maintain momentum.

Regards,
JB
