In createExperiment.php script we can provide a project created by another
user. Is this acceptable?
Project created by - User1
Experiment created by - User2 but provides the project created by above User1
in the script
Experiment is created successfully. Is this OK?
IMO the experiment should only be created with a project created by the same
user.
