In Create Project Page of PHP gateway cannot clear using 'Clear' button if
there is no value in the name field.
When clicked Clear button to clear the description if there is no value in the
name field instead of clearing the page tooltip prompts for the Project Name
field 'Please fill out this field'.
When clearing it is not needed to check for mandatory fields.
