Yep. https://travis-ci.community/latest it is. Travis have not yet acknowledged the problem. Bumping several threads in community worked last time (after few days). Unfortunately we are on community plan, and we have no way to open an issue - short of escalating through Apache Infrastructure.
If the problem persists. I will open an issue @ Infrastructure.
