I believe it is fully automated during the release but it only shows the
last stable release ("1.10.4" in this case). The "master" changes are
visible in readthedocs in "latest" version:
https://airflow.readthedocs.io/en/latest/howto/index.html . That's probably
where the changes you refer to are visible now.Unlike https://airlfow.apache.org where you see only last released stable version, you can switch to different versions of the documentation in readthedocs site (bottom left of the page).
