Thanks everyone for your feedback and to those who are volunteering to help
with the organization.

I put together a summit proposal that we need to submit to the ASF planners
soon [1]. It is a draft which I copied from Beam Summit and then edited.
Please add your comments to it. I also added names of volunteers who wants
to help to organize each summit, please add your names and affiliation if I
missed someone. My suggestion is that we don't have more than 2 organizers
in the committee from the same company. These summits are going to be
funded by the Sponsoring Committee, so if any of you (or your company)
would like to be a sponsor, please add it to the table as well.

+Maxime Beauchemin <maximebeauche...@gmail.com>  you volunteered to be the
point of contact with the ASF, so I guess you will send the proposal once
we review it? The priority here is to set on dates. Other processes, like
CFPs can be added later.
