+1 (binding). Checked RAT/GPG/SHA. Technically the scripts to verify SHA and RAT check do not fully work as for airflow/providers (which is kind-of-expected with the first release). The SHA file contains relative ../ path to the files and few licence files do not pass RAT check (lack of .rat-excludes) - some small fixes to generating scripts will be needed, but the SHASUMs are correct and the licences are also OK (verified manually).
