Hi Zacharya, I have had a look at the issue. I think what Jarek & Tomek suggested was to share your detailed ideas/proposals in this devlist first (as an email), so that more community members can join the discussion and share their inputs.
CWiki edit access is needed in order to draft an AIP (Airflow Improvement Proposal), but personally I think the AIP can come a little bit later. Meanwhile, we will need your ID at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence to grant you access.
