Hey Ace,

I think it depends what audience you want to target. During the
Airflow Summit it will be mostly Airflow users, during ApacheCon it
will be a variety of folks. As far as I know we do not plan to have an
Airflow track during ApacheCon. However, there's a BigData track. If I
may suggest something I would give the talk two times - at Airflow
Summit and during ApacheCon. This should result in the widest reach.
