I believe Beta is just "subject to change" but generally available. I think the "public preview" is something that needs to be enabled for an organisation. So we should be able to use it.
I really think we can use this to off-load a little more work to our users in terms of "classifying" the issues. Elad, Vikram, maybe it's a good opportunity to work out the right template where people will HAVE TO choose an area when they submit a bug. There are some "drop-down" fields you can define, there are some "required" fields that you have to fill-in. I think it's a great possibility to do a lot of the initial pre-classifying of the issues using the criteria we set... WDYT?
