Hello everyone,

I need one more binding vote to release the new wave. I will remove Amazon
(we had Redshift change that was supposed to be backwards compatible but
remove postgres dependency) which is regression (but it is already fixed in
main so I will release it with rc2 right after this wave as ad-hoc release).
