Hello everyone, Following our process [1] I am calling for a lazy consensus on suspending (for now) quibole provider
Qubole has been acquired and seems that maintainers have left the project https://github.com/qubole/qds-sdk-py#where-are-the-maintainers- the package has been unmaintained for a long time and it's likely no-one uses it until someone steps up to maintain it, we should suspend it Just to remind - suspending means that we stop releasing new versions of the provider, building documentation and running tests. Also dependencies of that provider will not contribute to the CI image of ours (including deprecated boto3 which it held us to). Note - since the service seems discontinued - we might consider further actions for that one - we have not yet gone through the process of moving our code to "attic" (this is the process in ASF where you want to remove some of the code that you released). If we do not hear from users that they miss qubole we might also want to introduce the process of moving unmaintained providers to the attic. But let's suspend it first.
