Hey here,

Following a discussion on dev calls we had - we have started a bit "wider"
knowledge transfer for our CI/CD work. That was possible through using
targeted sponsorship Airflow received from Bloomberg.

I created a page describing the meeting we had this morning with Elad, Rom,
Jens, Shahar where I attempted to share as much as possible during half a
day about our CI/CD setup. That's the beginning of engaging more people
with daily work on our CI/CD and hopefully we will be able to significantly
increase the bus factor over time.

More details here:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=321718991

As a short-term result we fixed our main (yay!) and setup/prioritised
issues for the CI/CD work https://github.com/orgs/apache/projects/403/

As I am going for holidays now - till the end of the month - I think that
will be a good start to keep things rolling and hopefully even improve
things while I am away :). Let's put it to a test.

Hussein, Amogh and Bugra who are also involved could not be at the meeting,
but we continue all the discussions and involvement and more continuous
transfer at #internal-airflow-ci-cd channel in Slack

Looking forward to more of us sharing the maintenance effort for our CI/CD
in the future.

J.
