Following the admittedly brief discussion here <https://lists.apache.org/thread/nn4y1z0yrydkmw9np4f0z5lm9gh8tmfl>, I am calling for a very lazy vote of the following proposal:
DAG.max_active_tasks should be evaluated per-dag-run The status quo is that it is evaluated across all running dag runs. Will leave this vote open until noon UTC tuesday oct 8. unless there is opposition the vote will pass.
