Thanks Shahar for the tips! Welcome to Apache Airflow again, Pinku!
All the points from Shahar are valid but just to answer the part where you asked for "beginner friendly tasks", you would be able to find it here: https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3A%22good+first+issue%22 . (good-first-issue label). We do not do jira for Airflow, but track our issues using Github itself. Another good thing to start with would be to improve the documentation when you read it. It might not have the best wording, so feel free to contribute there :) Thanks & Regards, Amogh Desai On Sat, Nov 16, 2024 at 9:33 PM Shahar Epstein <sha...@apache.org> wrote: > Welcome to Apache Airflow! > > I think that the best to do for getting started with Apache Airflow as a > user would be reading the docs ( > https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/start.html), as well > as watching Marc's tutorials (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vEApEfa8HXk > ). > When you get the grasp of how to use Airflow, what it is for etc. and you > want to start contributing - you could refer to the contributing docs here: > https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/README.rst. > It would be useful to join our Slack workspace (see instructions here: > https://airflow.apache.org/community/), and ask questions in the > #new-contributors channel. > > I hope that you'll do well, good luck! > Shahar > > On Sat, Nov 16, 2024 at 8:57 AM Pinku Modi <thecoderpi...@gmail.com> > wrote: > > > Hi Team, > > > > My name is Pinku Modi, and I am new to Apache Airflow.
