Hi all, I am calling a LAZY CONSENSUS to officially set policy about removing deprecations from providers prior to Airflow 2.11 release. Process: All providers with deprecations will be reviewed and a PR will raise to remove deprecated code before Airflow 2.11 planned release. I will create a Github issue to track progress of this as soon as vote is accepted. Exclusion: By the request of Google, the Google provider is excluded from this policy. Google will manage deprecation removal according to their own timetable. Given the mixed governance model <https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/PROVIDERS.rst#mixed-governance-model-for-3rd-party-related-community-providers> for providers it's OK to accommodate Google request for exclusion.
