   Yeah for latest changes it will be quick.
   
   1. Github to S3 sync is only when any adhoc changes happen we can use either 
`full_sync` (it takes some time), or `last_commit` sync (quick).
   
   2. S3 to Github is at present full_sync, so once release manager publishes 
the docs from airflow-site. he can trigger manually this repo to sync from S3 
to github. or we could automate or schedule nightly build just to sync always.
