Unfortunately - amazon is not good - this morning this one was merged:
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/50126 and it adds dependency to
unreleased yet 1.27.0 of common.sql - so it's not possible to install
amazon provider without it - we either should revert it and produce rc3 or
release common.sql together.
