mhm, checked the PR and somehow this is the wrong target branch.
Migration from Airflow 2.2 were cut on main. If you want to fix
something it would need to get to v2-11-test.
Otherwise I kind of dis-agree on raising a -1 for a migration problem
caused by a migration rule in 2.2.0 that is 3.8 years old. Airflow 2.11
is not adding/changing any migration rule and the same bug is in 2.10.5
- no new and no serious problem introduced and as such this should not
block the release of 2.11. Might be okay to develop a fix into 2.11 line
later as well.
