Generally - when someone will look at it. I recommend you comment on the issue and rebase it semi frequently to make sure it is 'fresh' also since you are first time contributor - someone needs to approve workflow run - so when you think all the tests should pass - comment (just general comment) in the PR tht your workflow should be approved. It's way easier to make a review when the PR Has non-failing updated or modified tests.
