+1 (binding) - Checked SVN, Check in Docker, Reproducible package build, Licenses, Signatures

Deployed providers via breeze into Airflow 3.0.4 and 2.11.0 (only 2.x compatible providers) and tested the Integration Test with EdgeExecutor and all seems to work well.

- Checked SVN

I installed the bits with breeze and ran a few of my example dags as I
didn't
have any specific changes.

I also think that we should pull in the fix from Pavan for the standard
provider
and create an RC2 for it.

Verified my changes and they are LGTM

+1 non-binding for all providers except standard.

-1 non-binding for standard provider, as it is failing for
PythonVirtulaenvOperators.

+1 (binding) - everything minus standard provider
-1 (binding) standard provider

Checked:

* reproducibility
* existing files check
* docker installation
* licences
* signatures
* checksums

Why (-1) on standard? Technically this is not a regression - because we
have released it in 1.5.0 but we had
https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/54124#issuecomment-3161779344
that
Pavan found and already fixed (I just merged) in
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/54214
Since this is affects PythonVirtualenv (badly), I think we should fix it
rather quickly and have rc2 for standard provider (especially that the
fix
is already in)

Hey all,

I have just cut the new wave Airflow Providers packages. This email is

Consider this my (binding) +1.

Airflow Providers are available at:

  Python "sdist" release - they are also official "sources" for the

*apache_airflow_providers_<PROVIDER>-*.whl are the binary
  Python "wheel" release.

The issue is also the easiest way to see important PRs included in the
