I have to cancel the vote - I found an issue in source tarball preparation.
We have Airflow 1.0.0 sources prepared as "airflow-ctl" sources :). 😱🙀 Blast from a very, very far past ...... (even the elders don't remember 1.0.0). PR fixing it is here: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/57364 - it also updates "providers" release process with adding "source" distribution for providers (which was long overdue) connected with tagging the provider's release with "date" tag - this is also preparation for being able to run several provider wave votes in parallel.
