Both Buğra and Rahul made significant effort in making Airflow 3 a success - Rahul relentlessly leading testing efforts, Buğra leading Airflow CTL development and releases - both of them had also shown up in many other places and were very active in shaping Airflow as a product - already fulfilling the responsibilities of PMC members - before they became PMC members.
