First need to acknowledge that we had 11 votes in total, which is
incredible! Thanks for the checks and responses!
The provider GOOGLE have been excluded from the release. This is due to
a PR that needs to be reverted upon discussion of devlist for handling
errors in desired idempotency as well as version number and changelogs
had errors.
I will cut a RC2 for GOOGLE provider directly after releasing the rest
of the wave with shortened VOTE.
