Updating that Amazon will also be excluded from the upcoming release due to
a bug found in EKS hook (-1 binding for Amazon).

Buğra - as Rahul mentioned, all exclusions are specific to the mentioned
providers from the upcoming release (RC1), and hopefully we could fix and
release those in RC2 which I plan to cut during this week.
