Just "interesting" that console printed to me: tar: airflow/Chart.yaml:
time stamp 2026-02-14 12:49:21 is 0.360098524 s in the future - but
non-blocking in my view.
As I did extensice tests in 1.19.0rc1 I inspected the diff between rc1
and rc3 only and looks good and clean in my view.

For license checks, the .rat-excludes files is included, so you can run the
following to verify licenses (just update your path to rat):
tar -xvf airflow-chart-1.19.0-source.tar.gz
cd airflow-chart-1.19.0
java -jar apache-rat-0.13.jar chart -E .rat-excludes
Please note that the version number excludes the `rcX` string, so it's now
simply 1.19.0. This will allow us to rename the artifact without modifying
the artifact checksums when we actually release it.
