I would like to call for a lazy consensus on the proposed Kustomize overlays structure introduced in the PR. PR: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/65897 *IMPORTANT:* The scope of the consensus is limited to structure only, without enforcing smoke testing or lifecycle yet. These will follow as separate steps to keep the process stable and incremental. Summary of the proposed change: - KEDA will be the first candidate to apply the structure - Introduce the base directory structure for kustomize-overlays in the repository - Include initial layout, a hook to check the agreed structure, STATUS files, and supporting docs as part of the structure The lazy consensus will be reached in 72 hours on: May 9th, 2026, 18.00 UTC No need to reply unless you object to the proposal.
