Hi Vikram,

Thank you for the warm welcome and the +1 — it means a lot!

To answer your question directly: yes, both Shubham and I are part of IBM.
This effort is backed by IBM to bring first-class Db2 support to Apache
Airflow, which aligns with IBM's broader investment in the open-source.

We are committed to following all Apache Airflow contribution guidelines,
maintaining the provider long-term, and being responsive to community
feedback.

We look forward to getting the PR merged.

Thanks & Regards
Amit Parmar
