This turns out to be be a dependency issue in google-cloud-aiplatform -> created a better workaround https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/71273 and connected issue https://github.com/googleapis/python-aiplatform/issues/7057
I will remove it from the wave. It would be great if we still continue voting on that one - and possibly even release it tonight (I need 2 +1 binding votes). Assuming I get those, I can start third wave - google only (which might help Rahul release 3.3.1rc1 finally - with the latest providers including Google). J.
