+1 (non-binding) for amazon 9.38.0rc2.

Verified checksums and signatures, and that the wheel contents match the RC
tag and the PyPI rc2 wheel.

Tested the IAM Identity Center login fix (#74529) end to end on Airflow
3.3.2 / Python 3.12: AWS auth manager over HTTPS, a SAML IdP on a different
site, and headless Chrome. On rc1, the IdP's cross-site POST to
/auth/login_callback returns 401 "No login in progress"; on rc2, the login
completes (303) and /ui/auth/me returns 200.

Thanks,
Aaron
