Hey all,

I have cut RC3 for apache-airflow-providers-common-ai 1.1.0, following its
exclusion from the October 29 RC2 vote.

This is a shortened 24-hour vote under the provider re-cut policy:
https://lists.apache.org/thread/cv194w1fqqykrhswhmm54zy9gnnv6kgm

The vote will remain open for at least 24 hours from this email and until
at least three binding +1 votes have been received.

Consider this my +1 (binding).

RC3 includes the compatibility fix from #75270. Durable streaming works
with pydantic-ai 2.60+, and OpenSandbox 1.2 ports-only egress policy
mismatches report the intended error instead of a TypeError. Existing lower
dependency bounds are unchanged.

Only Common AI is included in this vote. The separate RC2 vote for
microsoft-azure 15.3.0 and openlineage 2.21.0 continues independently.

The release candidate artifacts are available at:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/airflow/providers/2026-10-31/

The full source archive is
apache_airflow_providers-2026-10-31-source.tar.gz. The Common AI sdist and
wheel are convenience distributions. SVN filenames use the final version so
an approved candidate can be promoted without rebuilding.

The artifacts were built from signed wave tag providers/2026-10-31 at
commit 77d15dc2c6263191de48ae52453179256cc3ccd8. The provider tag is
providers-common-ai/1.1.0rc3.
