+0 (non-binding) Tested my two changes on rc2. #74709 works. #74499 no longer prevents the scheduler crash because of the lazy timetable loading from #75765; the fix is small and I'll open a PR. As far as I can tell this is not a regression from 3.3.x, which has no handling for this case. Details on #75865.
